Glowstone Skateboard - 2 Hour Time-lapse Dremel Carving
Created for MOSS Foundation 2020 Deck Charity Auction
Friday 27 NOV - 4 DEC 2020
On display at Magnet Gallery, SC G19, The District, 1/1 Wharf St, Docklands, VIC, Australia.
The funds from MOSS Foundation’s Charity Auction go directly towards construction of clean water systems in Swaziland, Southern Africa. Their latest project is at Ararati Primary School, which has 350 students and 15 teachers who require regular, clean water supplies. My contribution - 8.25” Deck with pink stained ply, airbrushed with translucent Candy Red(orange) and layered with Clearcoat, a biscuit-cut router inset, resin inlay and poly-glow stone. Polished with fine glass paper and Eucalyptus wax.
